The property is directly across the street from the hole that used to be St. Francis of Assisi church. Before Busath moved in, the house was terribly neglected, but it looks amazing from the outside now. Based on their website photos, it has a beautiful interior too, though it's a remodel rather than a restoration.

It's listed as a commercial property, so the listing doesn't have a lot of detail on the house, but it does say it's 3,374 square feet on a .23 acre lot. I wonder if the sale has anything to do with St. Francis being torn down. Luckily, it's in such beautiful condition now that I don't think there's much chance that a new buyer will tear it down.
